Sarah Kruger, Applied Biosystems Asia Pacific

Dr Sarah Kruger is a recent addition to the Applied Biosystems Pty Ltd team.
Dr Kruger is a field application specialist for proteomics and has extensive experience in a range of
proteomic applications using mass spectrometry.

She also has experience in protein structure determination using NMR spectrometry and
X-ray crystallography and protein expression using mammalian and bacterial systems.

Her research interests prior to joining Applied Biosystems were in the field of diabetes
and obesity (signalling proteins),breast and prostate cancer research (biomarkers),plant science (signalling)
and natural product chemistry (therapeutics).She holds a BBioMedSci(Hons) in biochemistry and completed
a PhD in protein chemistry at Griffith University.
